At HEAL Psychology we use diagnostics as part of our treatment programs, our career counselling programs, and our leadership development programs. We use them as a baseline to help target our treatment plan or syllabus. We also use them to measure well-being and performance change over the course of a program. We do this because we believe that measurement forms an unavoidable part of measuring outcomes associated with mental health and leadership.
Our diagnostics have met rigorous standards, including extensive testing or academic peer review and are used to:
evaluate mental health
evaluate personality, emotional intelligence (EQ) and judgement
assess individuals and/or teams
evaluate motivators and work preferences
For our career counselling and corporate programs that implement our personality assessments, we recommend a 60 - 90 minute debrief. When working with teams or groups, we supplement the individual debrief with group workshops to help them understand how to apply the results of the diagnostics in the workplace and in their lives. Where the objectives are changes in behaviour and performance that are sustainable, we recommend longer-term coaching programs. HEAL Psychology uses only accredited consultants and experienced psychologists for our debriefs and workshops.
